A significantly mature yet ungrumpy man, lightly touched by autism, and happily married. He has spent most of his life as a freelance designer, illustrator and writer and has designed more books than he can remember, mostly for traditional publishers, several of whom no longer exist.
He has also written five novels, one humorous guide about ‘doing’ sex, dozens of short stories and some pieces which will never see the light of day.
Amongst voluntary work for several charities, he also spent some years as a Samaritan listener. BDA also finds it strange referring to himself in the third person, so will now stop.
